Retention Period: This data remains active as long as your Social Rupee account is open. Following account closure, we securely retain this information for a period of five (5) years to adhere to Indian legal and compliance standards.

2.2. Interaction History & Saved Preferences

Purpose: To offer you a seamless personalized experience, including access to your past activities, saved items, and preferred settings within the application.

Data Types: Encompasses your in-app actions, viewed content, and any information you explicitly save or customize.

Retention Period: We maintain this historical activity data for five (5) years from its creation date, ensuring continuity and convenience for your usage.

2.3. Operational & Performance Data

Purpose: To continuously enhance application performance, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and refine the overall user experience.
